Trainer wins £149k after boss skips meeting

A personal trainer received nearly £150,000 compensation after workplace bullying and mistreatment. Bethan Littlewood drove overnight from Germany in September 2023 when her manager demanded she attend a meeting. The 29-year-old arrived to find her Nuffield Health boss was double-booked and attending training elsewhere instead.
