Study finds family hasslers increase biological age 1.5%.
Dealing with challenging people could make your biological age increase more quickly. A study in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences found a link between having 'hasslers' and a quicker biological ageing rate. The pace of biological ageing grows by 1.5% for each extra hassler someone encounters. Kin show the most powerful connection.
