Russia may now target Ukraine's water supply, officials warn

Millions of Ukrainians could face sewage overflows and a sanitary crisis if water pumping stations lose power this summer. Ukraine's military intelligence agency, HUR, warned the Kyiv Independent that Russia appears to be shifting focus from electricity to water infrastructure as heating season ends. On 14 April, six glide bombs struck the Pechenihy Dam in Kharkiv Oblast, in what officials fear may be the opening of a new campaign.
