Ukraine uses cheap balloons to launch missiles at Russia

Ukraine is using high-altitude balloons to launch DART missiles, which can't be jammed by Russian defences. These balloons, costing as little as $200, also act as decoys, luring out expensive Russian interceptors. The DART missiles carry a 10-kilogram warhead that scatters conductive graphite filaments to short out electrical infrastructure.
