Peckham department store fire brought under control
Firefighters have successfully extinguished a significant blaze that erupted at a department store in Peckham on Thursday night. At approximately 9 PM, approximately one hundred firefighters and fifteen fire engines responded to a fire that had engulfed a single-story extension of the store on Rye Lane.
