Alcaraz misses French Open due to wrist injury

Tennis fans won't see Carlos Alcaraz defend his French Open title next month because of a wrist injury. The world No 2 announced his withdrawal on Friday via social media, following recent medical test results. He also won't participate in Rome, having previously missed the Barcelona Open and Madrid Open because of the issue.
