EU border system makes airport queues hours long

This new digital border system is causing big delays at European airports, with some passengers missing flights. Stefan Schulte, president of ACI Europe, the airports trade body, said politicians must stop pretending the system works. The Entry-Exit System (EES) requires non-EU travellers to register biometric data.
