IRGC says two ships seized in Hormuz
Shipping through one of the world’s busiest oil routes faces fresh disruption after Iran’s Revolutionary Guard said it had taken control of two vessels. On Tuesday, state-linked Tasnim news reported that the MSC Francesca and the Epaminondas were escorted to the Iranian coast after allegedly operating without permits and interfering with navigation systems. The claim follows recent US action against two Iranian vessels in the same region.
