Poor sleep raises cancer risk for younger adults
Not getting enough sleep might be making younger people more likely to get certain cancers, which is a worrying new health concern for many. Researchers from US cancer centres presented new findings in Chicago, showing poor sleeping patterns significantly increase this risk. They found insomniacs were up to three times more likely to develop some cancers, like breast or bowel.
