KPMG's AI report: Only 5 of 45 sources were genuine

People and businesses using AI research could be misled when incorrect claims spread through publications and chatbots. GPTZero examined KPMG's October 2025 study on customer experience and found only five of 45 references led to genuine, unchanged sources, while many claims appeared wrong or credited to the wrong place. KPMG removed the report and said it's reviewing how it was published.
