Second man arrested over Donna Keogh's 1998 murder

Police have detained a second man in connection with the killing of Donna Keogh, who disappeared 28 years ago at the age of 17. Investigators have strong suspicions that her death occurred soon after her disappearance, despite her remains never being located. A 62-year-old man was arrested in Manchester on Friday, following an earlier arrest of a 64-year-old man from Leeds.
