FedEx seeks full refund for Trump tariffs
Global courier FedEx launched a lawsuit against the US government on Monday in the US Court of International Trade. The company seeks complete repayment for import duties that Donald Trump levied, which the US Supreme Court last week found illegal. The action names US Customs and Border Protection, its commissioner Rodney Scott, and the United States of America as defendants. FedEx is safeguarding its entitlements as an importer of record to recover these payments.
