Nick Clegg: Silicon Valley embraced Maga politics
Nick Clegg, who used to be a top boss at Meta, says big tech companies like his old firm have started backing Maga politics. He left Meta in March 2025, three months into the second Trump administration, feeling it was time to move on. Clegg claims some executives pivoted right for "self-interested" reasons, changing products to be more about algorithmic content.
