BMW driver dies, seven hurt after police chase crash

Seven people were hospitalised, with two seriously hurt, after a multi-car crash. A 23-year-old BMW driver died at the scene in Robertsbridge, East Sussex, after failing to stop for police and colliding with three other vehicles following a pursuit on Saturday evening. The IOPC has commenced an inquiry into the event that transpired on the A21.
