Lidl reserves job interviews for long-term unemployed people
More people out of work could get a better chance of finding a job through a new recruitment scheme. Lidl said it will reserve 10% of interviews at new UK stores for people unemployed for at least six months over the next year, working with the Department for Work and Pensions and Restart. Around 480 warehouse interview slots are also included.
