Law change stops child access for dangerous parents

Kids will be safer from unsafe parents as a law change means courts won't always presume parental contact is best. Labour plans to fix a 1989 law, which previously made judges assume it was in a child's interest to see both parents. The reform was championed by Claire Throssell, whose children, Jack, 12, and Paul, 9, tragically died due to their father.
