500-year-old Cornwall estate with mile of coast on sale for £12.5m

For £12.5 million, a Cornish estate that is five centuries old, encompasses more than 180 acres, and includes a manor house designated as Grade II listed, has been put on the market. The property, which sits on the Roseland Peninsula, extends for a mile along Gerrans Bay and lies two miles from Portscatho village. The estate was last offered for sale in 2003.
