Farage plan could cut women's pay, say unions
Unions warn that a new plan from Nigel Farage's party could significantly reduce what women earn. Reform UK wants to replace the 2010 Equality Act with a "women and motherhood protection act" they say strengthens rights. However, the Trades Union Congress (TUC), the UK's main union body, believes it removes the right to equal pay for jobs of comparable value.
