Wimbledon winner Vondrousova banned four years
This is a huge blow for the 2023 Wimbledon champion, effectively ending her career for the next four years. Marketa Vondrousova was charged by the International Tennis Integrity Agency, tennis's anti-doping body, after refusing a test at her home in December 2025. She claimed safety fears and poor protocol, but a tribunal found no compelling justification for her refusal.
