Declan Rice named England's World Cup vice-captain
Arsenal's Declan Rice will be England's vice-captain for the upcoming World Cup, a significant step up for the midfielder. England boss Thomas Tuchel confirmed this, seeing Rice as a future skipper and a key part of the team's leadership group. Rice previously captained England last October against Wales when regular captain Harry Kane wasn't available.
