Kent hospital first to use AI to spot patient infections early
A hospital in Kent is the first NHS trust to use a new AI tool to help staff spot infections in patients sooner. MEMORI software looks at clinical data like blood tests and temperature to give each patient an infection risk level. Nurses say it frees up their time to focus more on patient care, rather than sifting through notes.
