447,936 Bank Customers Saw Other People's Details
Lloyds Banking Group customers had personal transaction details or other people's data mistakenly made visible in an IT issue. A software defect caused this IT issue on 12 March, affecting almost half a million individuals across the group. Lloyds Banking Group later paid £139,000 in goodwill payments to 3,625 customers by 23 March.
