UK family courts biased against mothers, report finds

UK family courts are showing widespread bias and victim-blaming, mainly against mothers, making things harder for women in legal battles. A new report by Right to Equality, shared with MPs on Tuesday, found this in 91 judgments across England and Wales. It revealed 72.5% of judgments had victim-blaming, with mothers scrutinised more than fathers.
