4 killed at Beirut Ramada hotel in IRGC commander strike
An Israeli airstrike struck the Ramada hotel in Beirut's Raouche seafront district in the early hours of Sunday, killing four people and wounding ten others. Israel said it targeted senior commanders of the IRGC's Quds Force Lebanon Corps who were planning attacks against Israeli civilians. The strike was the first Israeli attack on central Beirut since hostilities with Hezbollah resumed the previous week. The hotel had been sheltering civilians displaced by fighting elsewhere in Lebanon.
