Britain's Quantum Firms: $160M Bet on a New Future
More investment, jobs and new technology businesses could follow if Britain turns its strong research base into larger companies. Writing on 2 June, Carolyn Dawson said the UK has built leading quantum firms and is seeing growing business progress as the sector moves beyond research. One example is Quantum Motion, which recently secured a $160m funding round, among the largest for a European quantum startup.
