Ofcom fines porn firm £800,000 for missing age checks
The UK regulator Ofcom has ordered Kick Online Entertainment to pay £800,000 for failing to verify user ages. Officials stated the company did not use effective methods to stop children from viewing adult content between July and December 2025. Additionally, the business received a separate £30,000 penalty for ignoring information requests. Message board 4chan also faces a £520,000 charge but claims it will refuse payment.
