EU says Meta's app designs violate digital laws.

The EU says Meta's "addictive" designs, like infinite scroll and autoplay, don't properly consider user well-being, especially for minors. Meta has breached the EU's Digital Services Act, according to a preliminary report on Friday. Meta could face fines of up to 6% of its annual turnover if these findings are confirmed.
