Riz Ahmed says UK spies tried to recruit him three times
The public is learning about three alleged attempts by British intelligence services to recruit Oscar-winning actor Riz Ahmed. Ahmed, 43, stated these approaches occurred, including one at Luton airport after his first film, The Road to Guantánamo. Another attempt involved a family friend, and a third came through a senior BBC executive who had just left the corporation.
