Germany, Japan rearm 85 years after World War II

After 85 years relying on America, Germany and Japan are rapidly rebuilding their militaries. This is due to renewed wariness of the US and growing fears about China and Russia, and they're sharing weapons. Their leaders are set to strengthen ties further at the G7 meeting in Evian, France, this week.
