Prostate cancer treatment cut to five sessions

Thousands of men with prostate cancer in England will now get their treatment sessions cut from twenty to just five. NHS England announced this new precision radiotherapy, called SABR, will be offered at all 48 centres within weeks. Around 3,500 eligible men could benefit from 15 fewer doses, helping them get back to normal life faster.
