Trump warns of renewed bombing if Iran deal fails
A ceasefire between the US and Iran is due to expire on 22 April with no deal finalised. Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One on Friday, Trump said the blockade of Iranian ports would remain, adding that bombing could restart if the truce ends without an agreement. Iran declared the Strait of Hormuz, through which 20% of the world's oil passes, fully open to commercial vessels.
