Maduro Arrested After Extraordinary US Military Operation Captures Venezuelan Leader

Nicolas Maduro, Venezuela's president, and his wife Cilia Flores, were apprehended in Caracas this Saturday. US forces conducted the raid on their compound at dawn. Subsequently, the couple were flown to New York. They will be prosecuted on narco-terrorism charges. According to reports, 'Operation Absolute Resolve' saw over 150 aircraft involved in strikes across Venezuela. Delta Force personnel seized Maduro and Flores from Fort Tiuna military base. The US will temporarily govern Venezuela, sources claim, pending Maduro's trial.
