£2.2m Fabergé Egg Thief Gets Prison Term
A rare Fabergé egg and watch set, valued at up to £2.2 million, remains unrecovered following a theft in London. Enzo Conticello stole the items from a handbag in a Soho pub on 7 November 2024, trading them to buy drugs. Insurers paid out £106,700 for the loss, and he received a sentence of two years and three months.
