Public toilets and changing areas in Britain may now limit access using biological sex rules after updated equality guidance. The Equality and Human Rights Commission published the advice on Thursday following a Supreme Court ruling that defined sex in the Equality Act as biological sex. Parliament has 40 days to review the code before it can replace guidance first issued in 2011.
