Artist Karen Bones recreates fire-destroyed Glasgow building in 10 weeks.
A historic Glasgow building, Union Corner, was destroyed by a big fire, but an artist has now made a miniature model of it. Artist Karen Bones took ten weeks to build the replica from recycled cardboard, showing businesses hit by the fire. The Victorian edifice, designated as B-listed, and a source of childhood intrigue for Karen, suffered a fire in March that originated within a vape shop on its premises.
