Councillor quits after dog death threats

A Worcestershire councillor won't stand for re-election after receiving threats targeting both himself and his pet. Richard Udall revealed he'd been sent death threats including one promising to poison his dog with toxic bacon through his letterbox. The veteran politician has served for 35 years on local councils.
