Supreme Court gives Trump radical new executive power
The US Supreme Court has overturned 90 years of precedent, giving President Donald Trump the power to fire any member of independent regulatory agencies. This means Trump can replace officials at agencies like the Nuclear Regulatory Commission whenever he chooses.
