£132 million available for UK fishing and coasts

Coastal communities and fishing industries across England can now apply for a share of a new £132 million investment. The UK Government opened applications for the relaunched Fisheries and Seafood Scheme (FaSS), part of a broader fund, which will run for five years. The scheme aims to build long-term resilience for the industry; £6 million is specifically for small-scale coastal fishers.
