Ukraine hits two Russian oil refineries overnight

Ukraine's drone attacks on Russian oil refineries are causing severe fuel shortages in parts of Russia and occupied Crimea. Kyiv says its forces hit two more refineries in Ufa and an oil depot in Krasnodar, with one refinery suspending operations. This comes as Crimea faces a complete ban on fuel sales to the public.
