Superdry Co-Founder James Holder Found Guilty of Rape
Superdry co-founder James Holder, 54, has been found guilty of rape following a five-day trial at Gloucester Crown Court. A jury rejected his claim that the encounter was consensual, after the woman gave evidence that she had been crying and repeatedly asked him to stop. He was acquitted of a separate charge of assault by penetration and has been remanded in custody ahead of sentencing.
