Mojtaba Khamenei promises revenge after father's death
People could face further tension after the latest statement. Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei said in a written message on his Telegram account that avenging his father must certainly happen following the funeral held months after he was killed in US-Israeli airstrikes on 28 February. He also pledged revenge for the martyred leader and all the martyrs of these two wars too.
