Who is the Scottish FA?

The Scottish FA, or Scottish Football Association, is the governing body for football in Scotland. They're responsible for organising national competitions, developing the sport, and appointing the national team's coaches, like Sebastien Pocognoli. They also oversee the rules and regulations for Scottish football clubs and players.
