Who is Ofgem?

Ofgem is the independent energy regulator for Great Britain. Its main role is to protect the interests of energy consumers by promoting competition, ensuring security of supply, and regulating prices where necessary, such as with the energy price cap. They aim to make sure the energy market works for everyone.
