What is Li-Fraumeni syndrome?

Li-Fraumeni syndrome is a rare genetic condition that significantly increases a person's risk of developing various cancers, often at a young age. In the UK, around 700 people have it, facing a 90% chance of getting cancer. This trial hopes to find a way to protect them from this high risk.
