Explained in plain English
What is gastritis?
Gastritis is when the stomach lining becomes inflamed. In Bryan Johnson's case, it's caused by his immune system, but other things can trigger it too, like certain medications, too much alcohol, or bacterial infections. Symptoms often include stomach pain, indigestion, and feeling bloated. If left untreated, it can sometimes lead to more serious problems.
