Longevity guru Bryan Johnson reveals stomach disease

Bryan Johnson, the millionaire entrepreneur behind the Don't Die anti-ageing movement, has revealed he has been diagnosed with autoimmune gastritis, a chronic condition in which the immune system attacks the stomach lining. Announcing it on X, the 48-year-old said his stomach was "eating itself" and that the disease had gone undetected for years behind unexplained low iron. The condition has no cure, and doctors focus on managing its effects on nutrition.
