What is 'Everyone In'?

'Everyone In' was a scheme during the pandemic where local councils were told to house all rough sleepers, regardless of their immigration status or other usual barriers. It successfully moved thousands off the streets into hotels and other temporary accommodation, showing what's possible with a concerted effort and funding.
