What is a farewell match?
A farewell match, or testimonial, is a special game organised to honour a long-serving or retiring player, like Carlos Tevez. It's a chance for fans to say goodbye and for the player to celebrate their career with former teammates and friends, often featuring famous faces and creating memorable moments, as this story highlights.
