Explained in plain English

What if a match is postponed?

If the weather, like the thunderstorms in Mexico City, makes a match unsafe, the referee usually postpones it. They'll try to reschedule for later the same day or the next day if possible. Sometimes, though, a match might even be moved to a different venue or date entirely if the issues can't be resolved quickly.
