What is a 'draw or better'?

'Draw or better' means a team either wins the match or achieves a draw (a tie). In football, a win earns three points, a draw earns one point, and a loss earns zero. For Nottingham Forest, achieving a draw or a win at Anfield would be considered a very good result, especially given Liverpool's home advantage.
